Things to know before you arrive.
All adults and children must have signed waivers. Signing the waiver before you arrive makes check-in faster and smoother. Waivers are good for one year. Waivers can be signed in person as well.
2 hour Play date $15
*Adult tickets are $2.00 each with the purchase of a child's ticket.
*Children under 12 months are free.
*There is a $15 minimum for per immediate family for adults attending whose children are all under 12 months.Â
*Everyone must wear gripper socks beyond the lobby space. Wearing gripper socks from other play spaces is acceptable. Logos do not matter to us, safety does! Â
Memberships!
Memberships include 11 two-hour play date visits for $125 per child (you save $40!).
Reservations are not required but recommended. We would hate for your children to be disappointed if you chose to drop in during a private event.

1) In accordance with health code regulations, shoes are not permitted in the play area. All adults and children must wear gripper socks when entering the play area. Socks are available for purchase for $2.50 if you forget to bring yours. If you have socks with a logo from another play space, you are welcome to wear them. We just want everyone to be safe.
2) Hours: Sunday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
3) Play dates are sold in two-hour sessions.
4) Children ages 12 months to 6 years……………………….$15.00

5) Tickets may be purchased at the door; however, we would hate to disappoint you and your child due to capacity limits at the time of your arrival. Therefore, we recommend that you pre-book your play time online, as the Creative Play Cafe is so much fun it fills up quickly.
6) When booking online, please select the time slot you would like to book. Payment is due at the time of booking, and your session will begin at the time you have chosen, whether or not you have arrived, so please select a time that will work best with your schedule.
Play Date Cancellation Policy
Online bookings for two-hour play sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Please call us at (859) 916-5025, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled playtime, to arrange for your refund.
If you schedule a two-hour play date and then cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, there is no refund, but you may reschedule the play date as long as you call before your scheduled play session time has begun.Â
Once you enter the play area, or do not show up for your scheduled play session, there are no refunds.
If you schedule a play date and are late to that session, you forfeit the lost time.
