Things to know before you arrive.
Please sign the Creative Play Café Waiver as well as the Policies and Procedures Forms either in person or online for faster service.
2 hour Play date $15
Effective March 1st, 2025 Adults will be charged $2.00 admission with the purchase of a child's ticket.Â
Memberships!
Memberships include 11 two-hour play date visits for $125 per child (you save $40!). Members-only play dates don't require reservations; you are welcome to come any time we are open to the public!
1) In accordance with health code regulations, shoes are not permitted in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the play area (by health code). Socks are available for purchase for $2.00 if you forget to bring yours.
2) Hours: Sunday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
3) Play dates are sold in two-hour sessions.
4) Children ages 12 months to 6 years……………………….$15.00
Older Siblings - 7 years and up, visiting their designated area (Please click here to read our Sibling Policy) ..............$10.00

5) Tickets may be purchased at the door; however, we would hate to disappoint you and your child due to capacity limits at the time of your arrival. Therefore, we recommend that you pre-book your play time online, as the Creative Play Cafe is so much fun it fills up quickly.
6) When booking online, please select the time slot you would like to book. Payment is due at the time of booking, and your session will begin at the time you have chosen, whether or not you have arrived, so please select a time that will work best with your schedule.
Play Date Cancellation Policy
Online bookings for two-hour play sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Please call us at (859) 916-5025, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled playtime, to arrange for your refund.
If you schedule a two-hour play date and then cancel with less than 24 hours'Â notice, there is no refund.
Once you enter the play area, or do not show up for your scheduled play session, there are no refunds.
If you schedule a play date and are late to that session, you forfeit the lost time.
