Guests of the Creative Play Café may not use our facility to arrange their own Pop-Up Party. We offer several choices of terrific birthday party packages. Therefore, creating your own party is not permitted. This means:

• No exchange of gifts.
• No Party favors, grab bags, etc.
• No outside food, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc.
• No decorations, balloons, professional entertainment, etc.

Regardless of how small, all parties must be scheduled through Creative Play Cafe. We provide everything you need!

You may not bring outside food, drinks, balloons, loot bags, professional entertainment, decorations, or any other party items into Creative Play Cafe.

The “Breakfast Club” Party

Start the day off with a party! This 9 AM Breakfast Club party is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a donut-themed party with donut-themed decorations.

This semi-private party includes:

• Up to ten children 12 months and over ($10 for each additional child).
• Two adults per child are included in the party total, each additional adult is $2.00 each.
• 2 hours of play/party time. (additional 30 minutes $50)
• Your choice of muffin or donut for each child. Donuts/muffins for adults can be added for an additional charge.
• Milk, Juice, or bottled water for each child. Beverages for adults can be added for an additional charge, or they may purchase beverages at the snack bar.
• Birthday Photo Booth backdrop, Balloons, table covers, themed decorations, and tableware.
• Electronic Invitation
• Loot bags for each child
• Mylar balloon for the birthday child
• Party Add-ons are available (face painters, magicians, balloon artists, characters, and more)!

Birthday Party Add-ons Available

• Custom birthday cake. We have wonderful bakers who make the most beautiful and delicious cakes! Whatever your child is dreaming of, they can likely create it!
• Face Painter (hand, arm, or full face, ONE per child): for up to 12 children. Our face painter is absolutely amazing. She is great with the children and does the best artwork. Kids love it!
• Character visit upon availability.
• Magician: This magician amazes adults and children alike. She has a great act and a wonderful personality for children.
• Reptile Visit. Now these are some real party animals and if your child loves reptiles, they won’t be disappointed.
• Balloon Artist, Children love a balloon artist. Our very talented Artist does more than just flowers, tiaras and swords. You will be amazed at her creations
• Nitro Blast: This is super fun!!!

Lexi’s Lovey Pit

The kids get so excited when they see Lexi’s Lovey Pit (human claw machine)!  All children up to 48 inches are welcome to enjoy this exciting experience.

After the child is securely strapped into the harness, they are lifted and ridden to the toy they have selected.  Once they reach that spot, we lower them down to grab their prize! No worries; if they drop it, we will lower them again. No one ever comes out empty-handed!

The cost of this experience starts at $15 and goes up depending on the toy your child has pre-selected. (And, of course, parents do get a voice in the toy selection prior to starting the machine).

Should your child become frightened when the machine begins to move, we will stop the lift immediately and bring them out.

It is best not to attempt to talk your child into participating if they are clearly not comfortable with it. At some point during the visit, children will typically decide they are ready to ride!

Lexi’s Lovey Pit is included in your waiver.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you cancel your party 10 or more days in advance of the scheduled party date, you will have the option of rescheduling your party within 30 days of the original party date or, receiving a 60% refund, less expenses already incurred, of your deposit.  If you cancel the second party at any time, there will be no refund.

If you cancel your party less than 10 days prior to the day of your party, you will have the option of rescheduling your party within 30 days of the original scheduled party date, or, you may receive a 40% refund, less expenses already incurred, of your deposit. If you cancel the second party at any time, there will be no refund.

If you cancel your party 5 days or less from the date of your party, there is no refund; however, you may choose to reschedule the party within 30 days of the original date. If you cancel the second party at any time, there will be not be an option to reschedule.
